Asilo is the software your school uses. Your school decides tuition, enrollment and permissions; Asilo support helps with the app itself.

Who to ask​

  • Tuition amounts, credits, refunds, late fees, enrollment, permissions: your school office. Parents can message the school in Schoolbox or the Families chat.
  • Login trouble, error messages, the app not loading: email support@helloasilo.com.

Steps​

  1. Open Account and note the version number at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Email support@helloasilo.com from the address on your Asilo account.
  3. Include your school name, the version number, your device (for example iPhone or Chrome on a laptop), what you tapped, and a screenshot of any error.

Tips​

  • Never send full card or bank numbers by email.
  • Teachers can open the DOC Manual from Account.
