Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your login. It cannot be undone. If you only want to stop seeing one child, disconnect from that child instead.

Steps​

  1. Open Account: on a phone, tap the person icon at the top right of My Day or any other tab; on the web, choose Account on the sidebar.
  2. Tap Account details.
  3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.

  4. In Delete Account, tap Continue.
  5. In Confirm Account Removal, tap Delete.

Tips​

  • Parents: to stop following one child but keep your login, see Disconnect from a child.
  • Pay or settle open invoices first. Your school's records of past payments stay with the school.
