Set up your account from an invitation

When your school adds you, Asilo creates your account and waits for you to pick a password. You finish setup the first time you log in.

Steps

1. Open the app or https://app.helloasilo.com and enter the email or phone number the school used. Tap Continue.
2. On Create your account, type a password in Password and again in Confirm password.

3. Tap Create account. Tapping it means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked below the fields.
4. On Set up your profile, check First name, Last name, Email and Phone. Fields the school already filled in are locked.

5. Tap Continue. The app opens on your home screen.

Tips

• Passwords need at least 6 characters in the app.
• Parents: if the school linked you to a child, you may see an item to confirm under Action Required. See Confirm a child link.

Troubleshooting

• "The passwords don't match." Retype the same password in both fields.
• "First name is required." Fill in any empty name field before tapping Continue.
