Log in with your email or phone

Asilo uses one login for the phone app and the web app at https://app.helloasilo.com. Use the email address or phone number your school added for you.

Steps​

  1. Open the Asilo app, or go to https://app.helloasilo.com in a browser.
  2. On Log in to your account, type your email address or phone number in Email or Phone.

  3. Tap Continue.
  4. Type your password and tap Log in.

If this is the first time you are logging in, the app asks you to create a password instead. See Set up your account from an invitation.

Tips​

  • On a phone, your password manager can fill both fields on the first screen; the app then logs you in without the second tap.
  • Phone numbers work with or without dashes and parentheses.

Troubleshooting​

  • A red message appears above the field. The message comes from the server and says what went wrong, for example an unknown email. Check for typos, then try the phone number instead.
  • You forgot your password. Tap Forgot next to the password field. See Reset a forgotten password.
  • You were never invited. Asilo accounts are created by your school. Ask the school office to add your email to your child's profile.
