Reset a forgotten password

If you cannot remember your password, request a reset link from the login screen and choose a new password on the Asilo website.

Steps​

  1. On the login screen, enter your email or phone and tap Continue.
  2. Tap Forgot inside the password field.

  3. In Reset your password, tap Send reset link.

  4. Open the message from Asilo and tap the reset link. It opens a Change Password page on helloasilo.com.
  5. Type your new password in Password and tap Change Password.
  6. When you see "Your password has been reset. Please re-log into the Asilo app.", go back to the app and log in with the new password.

Tips​

  • The reset page asks for at least 8 characters with 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 special character (!@#%^&*). Use a password that meets it.
  • Tap the eye icon on the reset page to check what you typed.

Troubleshooting​

  • "Password reset sent! Didn't receive it?" Check spam, then email support@helloasilo.com from the address on your account.
  • The reset page shows an error in red. The link may be old or already used. Request a new one.
