Each tab appears only when your role has the permission behind it. The web sidebar holds far more than the phone.

On a phone​

  • Teachers: My Day, Library, Posts, ClassChat and Toolkit.
  • Directors and other staff: My Day, Approvals, Posts, My School and Toolkit, each shown only with its permission.

Open Account from the person icon at the top right of a tab.

On the web or a tablet​

Director sidebar on the web

The sidebar can include My Day, Command Center, Network, Schoolbox, CRM, a Dashboards group (Enrollment, Billing, Payroll, Reconciliation), Surveys, Billing, My School, Posts, Toolkit, Report Center, Approval Center and Account.

CRM, the dashboards, Texting, Surveys, Billing management and parts of My School (Enrollment, Classrooms, Staff) are sidebar-only. Opening one of those links on a phone does not show the screen; use a computer or tablet.

Troubleshooting​

  • A tab you expect is missing. Your role or permissions do not include it. Ask your director or administrator to review your permissions.
  • You land on the wrong school. See Switch schools.
