Unsubscribe from an email

Some Asilo emails end with an unsubscribe link. What it offers depends on the email.

Staff email notices​

Notices such as Returned payments or Weekly Brief link to a Stop these email notices? page.

  1. Tap the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
  2. Tap Stop "notice name" to stop only that notice, or Stop all email notices for your school to stop every notice from that school.

Push notifications in the app are not affected. To turn a notice back on, use Account → Notifications → Email.

Survey emails​

Survey invitations and reminders have their own unsubscribe link, which stops survey emails from that school. Anonymous survey links cannot be unsubscribed because anonymous respondents are not on an email list.

Parent billing emails​

Invoice notices, reminders and receipts are sent by your school's billing settings. There is no unsubscribe link for them. See Autopay reminders and invoice notices.

Troubleshooting​

  • "This unsubscribe link is not valid." The link was copied incompletely or the notice no longer exists. Turn the notice off in Account → Notifications instead.
