Change your name on your account

Your name shows on posts, messages, forms and receipts. You can correct it yourself.

Steps

1. Open Account: on a phone, tap the person icon at the top right of My Day or any other tab; on the web, choose Account on the sidebar.
2. Under My Account, tap Account details.
3. Edit First name and Last name.

4. Tap Save.

FAQ

• Can I change my email or phone number here? No. Account details only holds your name. Ask your school office to update the email or phone on your child's profile, or email support@helloasilo.com.
• Where is my phone number used? Your phone number is needed before you can see your attendance or timeclock PIN. See View or change your PIN.
