Fix "Update required"

Asilo blocks versions that are too old to work with the latest features. You see Update required until you update.

Steps on a phone​

  1. On Update required, tap Go to App Store (iPhone) or Go to Play Store (Android).

  2. Tap Update in the store.
  3. Open Asilo again.

Steps on the web​

  1. The page says "please refresh your browser to update."
  2. Refresh the page. If the message stays, close the tab and open https://app.helloasilo.com again.

Troubleshooting​

  • The store shows Open, not Update. Close Asilo completely and reopen it. If the screen stays, restart the phone so the store finishes installing.
  • Still blocked. Email support@helloasilo.com with your phone model. Your version number is at the bottom of Account.
