Adopt your signature

Before you sign your first field, Asilo asks you to adopt a signature and initials. It works like signing with a pen.

Steps

1. Open a form to sign. Adopt your signature appears ("Confirm your name, initials, and signature.").
2. Check Full name and Initials.
3. Choose Type to use a script style of your name, or Draw to draw it.

4. If you chose Draw, tap Tap to draw your signature, sign with your finger or mouse in Draw your signature, and tap Done (Clear starts over). Do the same for Tap to draw your initials.
5. Read the consent text and tap Adopt.

Tapping a signature or initials field on the form now places your adopted mark.

Tips

• "Signature captured" and "Initials captured" confirm your drawings.
• Full name and Initials only appear when the form has signature or initials fields.
• Adopt stays greyed out until every needed name, initials or drawing is filled in.
