A form will not open or shows a white screen

Policy books can be long PDFs. On older app versions or low-memory devices, a very large form can load slowly or show a blank page.

Try these in order​

  1. Wait a few seconds. Large forms take time on slower connections.
  2. If you see "The document couldn't be loaded.", tap Retry.

  3. Update the app. Open your phone's app store and install any Asilo update. See Fix "Update required".
  4. Close the form and open it again from Action Required.
  5. Try another device, or sign on a computer at https://app.helloasilo.com.

If it still fails​

Tell your school the form's name. They can replace the PDF with a smaller file. You can also email support@helloasilo.com with your app version (bottom of Account) and device.

FAQ​

  • Did I lose what I filled in? Nothing is saved until you tap Submit. Start the form again after it loads.
