Sign a form

When the school sends you a form, it appears in Action Required as "… has a [form name] that needs your signature." You may also get an email.

Steps​

  1. On My Day, tap the attention bar, then the form.

  2. The form opens in Sign form. If it has signature or initials fields, Adopt your signature opens first. See Adopt your signature.
  3. Read the document. Tap each field to fill it: type text, or tap a signature or initials box to place your adopted mark.
  4. Tap the blue "fields left" button to jump to the next empty field.

  5. When every field is done, the button turns green. Tap Submit.

A copy goes to My Signed Forms.

Tips​

  • Some fields are filled in for you, such as your child's name and the date.
  • Submit also sits at the top right.

Troubleshooting​

  • "Incomplete." A field or signature is empty. Tap the "fields left" button to find it.
  • "This form isn't available right now." The school replaced or withdrew it. Try again later or ask the school.
  • The document does not load. See A form will not open.
