When the school archives your child, Asilo keeps a smaller version of the app for you.

What stays​

  • My Day for your child's history.
  • Tuition, when the school bills families in Asilo: pay open invoices and download receipts.
  • Account, including Manage Payment Methods.

What goes away​

Schoolbox, Posts, Toolkit, ClassChat and the counts on them. You no longer get messages or photos from the school.

Tips​

  • Download receipts you need for taxes or FSA claims. See Download a receipt.
  • Settle any balance from Tuition → Unpaid. See Pay an invoice now.
  • If your child is re-enrolling, the full app returns once the school reactivates them.
