If you don't see this

• Your school must have Surveys turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Schools send short surveys, for example after a tour or at the end of a term. A Surveys card appears on My Day while one is waiting.

Steps

1. On My Day, tap Surveys. (Or tap the survey in Action Required, or the link in the survey email.)

2. In Pending Surveys, tap the survey.

3. Answer the questions. Required ones are marked.
4. Tap Submit Survey, then confirm Submit Response?. You cannot change answers after submitting.
5. "Thank You!" confirms your response was recorded.

Tips

• If you leave partway, your answers are kept. You see "Your previous answers have been restored." when you return.
• Some surveys let you choose Fill out anonymously.
• To skip a survey, tap the X next to it in Action Required and confirm Dismiss.

Troubleshooting

• "Login Required." Tap Log In to Respond and log in with your Asilo account.
• "Survey Already Completed." A response was already submitted from your account.
• "This survey is no longer accepting responses." The school closed it.
