Disconnect from a child

Disconnecting removes the child from your account. The child's record and other family members are not affected.

Steps

1. Open Account: on a phone, tap the person icon at the top right of My Day; on the web, choose Account on the sidebar.
2. Tap My Children.
3. Tap the menu next to the child, then Disconnect.

4. Confirm Disconnect.

Tips

• A director or another connected parent can invite you again later.
• To remove someone else from your child, see Remove someone from your child's contacts.
