Invite another parent or guardian

If you don't see this

• It needs the Can Invite Others permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• This action may go to the Approval Center and take effect once a director approves it.

Everyone connected to your child gets their own login. You choose how much they can see and do.

Steps

1. On My Day, tap School Records, then Connected Users.
2. Tap + and choose:
   • Guardian: full access, including billing and inviting others.
   • View Only User: sees My Day, photos, Schoolbox, Toolkit, chat and billing, but is not a pickup or emergency contact.

   Choose Guardian or View Only User

3. Enter their Email Address or Phone Number and tap Next. If User Found appears, tap Request.
4. Fill in First Name, Last Name and Relationship.
5. Under Permissions, adjust the switches if needed.
6. Tap Save.

The person appears as Invited and (Pending) until the director approves.

Connected Users with a pending invite

What happens next

Asilo emails or texts an invitation. They log in with that email or phone and create a password. See Set up your account from an invitation.

Tips

• Some switches are linked. Guardian includes every other permission, so the others lock while it is on.
