Reschedule or cancel a school tour

Your tour confirmation email or text has a link to a page on helloasilo.com. It shows your tour and lets you change it. You do not need an Asilo account.

Reschedule

1. Open the link from your confirmation. The page says Your tour is scheduled with the school, date, time and child.

2. Tap Reschedule.
3. In Pick a new date and time, use the arrows to change week (or day on a phone) and tap a time.

4. Tap Confirm new time. You see "Your tour has been rescheduled."

Cancel

1. On the same page, tap Cancel tour.
2. In Cancel this tour?, tap Cancel tour. The school is notified. Tap Keep tour to back out.

Troubleshooting

• "No tours available" under a day. The school has no open slots then; try another week.
• "This tour has passed." The date is over. Contact the school to book again.
• "We couldn't find that tour." The link is incomplete. Open it again from the original message.
