If you don't see this

• It needs the Guardian permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• This action may go to the Approval Center and take effect once a director approves it.

The school tracks Allergies, Medications, Immunizations and Physical records. Guardians can add new records; each shows (Pending) until the school reviews it.

Steps

1. On My Day, tap School Records (or Account → My Children and tap your child).
2. Tap Medical.

3. Tap the record type, for example Immunizations.
4. Tap +.
5. Attach the document or photo. For Allergy and Medication, type the name in the text field.
6. Tap Save.

Tips

• Take a clear photo of the whole page, or upload a PDF.
• When a record expires, upload the new one the same way.
• Only the school can mark a child exempt from immunizations. Upload the exemption paperwork as an Immunizations record and tell the office.

Troubleshooting

• No + button. Only guardians can add records. A child marked Exempt from Immunizations has no + on Immunizations.
• Save is greyed out. Attach a document, or type the allergy or medication name.
