Complete the onboarding packet

The onboarding packet is a questionnaire from your school, often about routines, likes and how your child settles in.

Steps

1. Open Action Required from the bar on My Day.
2. Tap "… has an onboarding packet that must be completed."
3. Answer the questions on the page. Some are free text; others are a drop-down.

4. Tap Next for the next three questions. Tap Prev to go back.
5. On the last page, tap Save.

Tips

• You can review your answers later from School Records → Registration → Onboarding Packet. They open read-only with a Close button.

Troubleshooting

• "Answer is required." Fill in every question on the page before tapping Next.
