Complete the registration packet

Before your child starts, the school asks you to complete a registration packet in the app. It appears in Action Required.

Steps

1. Open Action Required from the bar on My Day and tap "… has a registration packet that needs to be completed."
2. The packet opens on Child Information; the step name shows under your child's name at the top.

3. Work through each step, tapping Next after each:
   1. Child Information
   2. Guardian Information
   3. Emergency Contact: add at least the number the school asks for.
   4. Approved Pickups
   5. Allergies
   6. Medication
   7. Immunizations: upload your child's latest immunization documents.
   8. Physicals: upload the latest physical.
   9. Medical Contact Info

4. On the last step, tap Save.

Tips

• Tap Back to fix an earlier step. Save only turns on when every step is complete.
• "No known allergies." and "No medication." are valid answers.

Troubleshooting

• Next does nothing. A required field is empty. Fields with a problem show a red message.
• "Please add at least 4 emergency contacts." Add more contacts on the Emergency Contact step.
