Read Schoolbox messages

If you don't see this

• It needs the Schoolbox permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.

Schoolbox holds the school's messages to your family, such as newsletters, reminders and billing notes. Unread messages show a badge on the Schoolbox tab.

Steps

1. Tap Schoolbox (tab or sidebar), or the Schoolbox card on My Day ("You've got mail!" means something is unread).
2. Stay on Inbox. The count shows unread messages.

3. Tap a message to read it. Tap an attachment's Tap to View to open it.
4. To tidy up, tap Archive Message at the bottom of the message.

Tips

• Archived messages live under Archived. Open one and tap Unarchive Message to move it back.
• Schoolbox follows the child you are viewing. Switch child to see another child's messages.

Troubleshooting

• "No Schoolbox Messages." The school has not sent you anything yet for this child.
• No Schoolbox tab. You do not have the Schoolbox permission for this child.
