Book or manage a tour from your visit link

Schools send families a personal visit link. What you see depends on where you are in the process.

Book a tour​

  1. Open your visit link. With no tour booked, it shows Book a tour at the school.
  2. Pick a time slot for your child. Use the arrows to change week.
  3. Fill in any fields shown, such as Email, Phone or Child name, and optional Notes (optional).

  4. Tap Book this tour. You see "Your tour is booked."

Change a booked tour​

When you have an upcoming tour, the page shows Your tour at the school.

  • Tap Reschedule, pick a new slot and tap Confirm new time.
  • Tap Cancel tour and confirm to cancel.

After you have toured​

The page says Welcome back with the date you toured. Tap Schedule another tour to book again. Past visits are listed under Tour history.

Troubleshooting​

  • "You already have an active tour." Manage the existing tour before booking another.
  • "That slot is no longer available." Someone booked it first; pick another time.
  • "This link isn't valid." Open the link again from your email.
