Upload a scholarship or voucher award letter

If you don't see this

• It needs the Guardian permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• This action may go to the Approval Center and take effect once a director approves it.

If a scholarship or voucher pays part of your tuition, the school needs a current award letter on file.

Steps

1. On My Day, tap School Records, then Medical.
2. Tap Award Letters ("Upload a scholarship or voucher award letter").

3. Tap Upload (or + if you already uploaded one).
4. Attach the letter. Optionally add a Note.
5. Tap Save.

The letter shows Pending review until the school links it to your child's scholarship or voucher. Then it shows Linked.

Tips

• Upload a new letter each time your award renews.
• While a letter is Pending review, tap it to view or delete it.

Troubleshooting

• "Denied." The school could not use the letter. Contact the school and upload a corrected copy.
• No Upload button. Only guardians can upload award letters.
