Autopay families

Some schools skip invoice notices for families on autopay and only send the receipt after payment. Others send every notice with a line saying the payment will process automatically.

FAQ

  • Can I turn these emails off? No. Billing emails follow your school's settings, not Account → Notifications. Ask your school if you get too many.
  • I have autopay but got a reminder. Autopay runs each morning; a reminder can arrive before the run. If it says "You have AutoPay enabled", no action is needed.
