If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Credits are applied by your school. Parents cannot apply a credit themselves in the app.

How credits appear

• Credit Bank Applied: the invoice was paid from credit your family has on file, for example an overpayment or a refund kept as credit.

• Credit Memo: the school reduced the invoice.
• Credit Added: a receipt recording credit added to your account.
• A credit line inside an invoice lowers its Outstanding Balance.

The new invoice email also mentions when your child has a credit.

To use a credit

1. Open the invoice in Tuition and note the invoice number.
2. Ask your school to apply the credit, for example through Schoolbox or the Families chat.

• Will autopay use my credit first? Ask your school. Credits on file are applied by staff.
