Turn off autopay

If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Turning off autopay does not cancel enrollment or tuition. New invoices wait in Unpaid until you pay them.

Steps

1. Open Tuition and tap the autopay icon at the top right.
2. If asked, pick the school in Select School.
3. Tap Disable Autopay at the bottom left.

4. In Disable Autopay, tap Disable.

Tips

• To switch autopay to a different card instead, select the new card and tap Save; there is no need to disable first.
• Autopay also turns off by itself when a bank payment is returned. See Why a bank payment failed days later.

Troubleshooting

• There is no Disable Autopay button. Your school requires autopay. Contact the school to cancel your billing schedule. See What Autopay Lock means.
