Turn on autopay

If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Autopay pays each invoice on its due date from the card or bank account you choose, so you never miss a payment or a late fee.

Before you start

• You can add a card or bank account during these steps, or first. See Add a card or bank account.

Steps

1. Open Tuition.
2. Tap the autopay icon (two circling arrows) at the top right, or the Autopay bar at the bottom of the screen.

3. If you pay at more than one school, pick the school in Select School.
4. In Select Payment Method, tap the card or bank account to charge. A check mark appears.
5. If you have more than one child, tick the children autopay should cover under Autopay Children.

6. Tap Save.
7. If invoices are already due, Autopay has been enabled. asks whether to pay them now. Tap Autopay Invoices to pay them, or Not Now to leave them for the next run.

Tips

• Autopay runs every morning at 5 am until you turn it off. The autopay icon turns solid when autopay is on.
• After you pay an invoice by hand, Asilo may ask Enable Autopay? Tap Yes to use the same card or bank account.

Troubleshooting

• The screen says "Your school requires autopay to be turned on". Your school has Autopay Lock on. See What Autopay Lock means.
• Bank account is greyed out with a lock. A bank payment was returned and bank payments are blocked for your family. See Bank payments blocked.
