If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Tuition shows the invoices for the child you are viewing. The tab's badge counts unpaid invoices.

Steps

1. Tap Tuition (tab or sidebar). On My Day you can also tap the Unpaid Tuition or Receipts card.
2. Unpaid is selected. Each row shows the invoice type, status, amount, invoice number and Due date.

3. Tap an invoice to open it.
4. Tap Receipts to see paid invoices, grouped by year.

Reading a row

• Will Send On means the school prepared the invoice but has not sent it yet.
• Settled On is the date a paid invoice's payment cleared.
• A name after the date means the invoice is addressed to that parent only.

Tips

• Switch child to see another child's invoices. See Switch between your children.
• "No Unpaid Invoices" means you are all paid up.

Troubleshooting

• No Tuition tab. Your school does not bill families in Asilo, or you do not have the Billing permission for this child. Ask the school.
