Pay without logging in (payment link)

Payment reminder emails include a Pay Now button that opens a secure page for your child's open invoices. Anyone with the link can pay by card.

Steps​

  1. Tap Pay Now in the email. The page shows the school and "Invoices for" your child.
  2. Keep the invoices to pay ticked (Select all is on). Amount due updates.

  3. Choose Pay as guest or Log in.
  4. As a guest: fill in Email, First name, Last name and Phone, complete the check box, and tap Continue to payment. Enter the card, Month, Year, CVV and billing address.
  5. If you log in, pick a saved card and tap Pay, or tap Pay with a new card instead.
  6. Check Total, including any Service Fee, and tap Pay with the amount.

You see "All selected invoices were paid. Thank you!" and a row per invoice.

Troubleshooting​

  • "Some invoices were not paid." Tap Try a different card to retry the rest.
  • "This payment link is no longer available." It expired or everything is paid. Log in to the app to check.
  • "One moment." Wait a few seconds and tap Retry.
