If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Open any invoice from Tuition to see its details.

The top of an unpaid invoice

Before you start

• Finish Find your invoices first.

Top of the invoice

• The large red amount is the Outstanding Balance, what you still owe.
• Gross Total is the invoice before payments and credits.
• The invoice number, Sent on (or Will send on) and Due date follow.

Middle

• The payment line shows how it was paid, for example the card type and last four digits, Scholarship, Credit Bank Applied, Payroll Deduction or Physical Payment.
• Line items list tuition, add-ons, discounts, scholarships, vouchers and any late fee.
• Invoice Total, Service Fee, Total Charged, Total Paid and Outstanding Balance summarize payments.

Bottom

Your child's Name and DOB, the Service Period, and the school's School Name, EIN and Address. The EIN is useful for tax and FSA claims.
