If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Every paid invoice becomes a receipt. Receipts show the school's name, address and EIN, which most FSA and dependent-care claims need.

Steps

1. Open Tuition and tap Receipts.
2. Tap a year. The row shows how many receipts it has.

3. Tap a month, then the invoice.

4. Tap the ••• button at the top right, then Download PDF.
5. On a phone, pick where to save or share the PDF. On the web, the file downloads.

Tips

• Bank payments appear as receipts once they settle, usually a few business days after you pay.
• You also get a receipt email after each payment.

Troubleshooting

• No Download PDF option. The invoice is not fully paid yet.
• "No Receipts." No paid invoices exist for this child yet.
