Remove a saved card or bank account

• School setting: Parent billing

If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Remove cards that expired or accounts you closed so they are not picked by mistake.

Steps

1. Open Account and tap Manage Payment Methods.
2. Tap the card or bank account. A check mark appears.
3. Tap Delete at the bottom.

You can also swipe the card or bank account to the side and tap delete.

Tips

• If autopay uses the method, add and select a new one for autopay first. See Turn on autopay.

Troubleshooting

• "Your school requires autopay to be turned on." Your school has Autopay Lock and this is your autopay method. Switch autopay to another method first. See What Autopay Lock means.
