If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission on your child's account. A director grants it under the child's connected users.
• Your school must have Parent billing turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

Your school may pass card or bank processing costs on to families as a service fee. The rate is set by the school.

Where you see it

• In Select Payment Method, under each section: "Payments made via credit card or debit card incur a … service fee." or "Payments made via ACH incur a … service fee."

• On the payment sheet, above the amount.
• In Edit Amount, as a Service Fee line for the amount you type.
• On the invoice, as Service Fee and Total Charged.
• On the payment link page, as Service Fee before Total.

Tips

• If the card fee is higher than the bank fee, a bank account costs less over the year.
• The fee is charged with the payment; it is not a separate invoice.

• Can the fee be waived? Ask your school. Asilo applies the rate the school set.
