A connected user's Permissions list - Guardian: full access; turns on every row below. Turning it off leaves View Access.
- Can Invite Others: can invite more adults for this child.
- Emergency Contact: listed as an emergency contact; also turns on Approved Pickup.
- Approved Pickup: may pick the child up and sign them in or out.
- View Access: turns on My Day (daily reports), Community Feed (posts), Billing (invoices and Autopay, when the school uses parent billing), Schoolbox (messages), Toolkit, and Chat (ClassChat) together.
Tips
- While Guardian, View Access, or Emergency Contact is on, the rows it includes are dimmed; turn the bundle off to change them one by one.
- An emergency contact needs a phone number and home address on file.
- Parents with Can Invite Others can edit these for the same child from their side.
