- Teacher: classroom work: attendance, daily reports, lessons, posts, progress reports. No My School.
- Assistant Director: runs a school day to day, with My School, CRM, Surveys, and Scheduler.
- Director: adds Timeclock and Salary (always on) and Billing (on by default).
- Regional Manager: oversees several schools; always has the Network Dashboard.
- Administrator (shown as "Admin" in the Add Staff menu): most school, billing, and report permissions always on.
- Owner: the top role. Owners can grant any permission, and only Owners can give Loris access.
- Pick a role and tap Save.
Tips
- You can add and edit staff at your own level or below. Finance users can be added only by Administrators, Owners, and Finance users who have My School.
- The Staff screen only shows role chips at or below yours, and profiles above your role open as View only.
- Each role comes with defaults: some permissions are always on (Included with the role), some start on, and some can never be turned on.
FAQ
- Is "Staff" a role? It is an older role ranked below Finance. Give new people one of the seven roles above.
