View or change your Timeclock PIN

You enter this code to clock in or out of the Asilo timeclock.

Before you start

• Finish Find your Account screen first.

Steps

1. Open Account and tap View Timeclock PIN.

2. The Timeclock PIN dialog shows your PIN.
3. To change it, tap Change PIN, enter a new 4-digit PIN, and tap Save.

4. Tap OK to close.

Troubleshooting

• It asks for a phone number. A phone number is required before you can see or change your PIN. Enter a 10-digit number and tap Save.
• "PIN must be exactly 4 digits". Use four numbers.
• "New PIN is the same as your current PIN". Pick a different PIN.
• I don't see View Timeclock PIN. It shows for Teachers, Assistant Directors, Directors, Regional Managers, Administrators, and Owners. Finance users do not have it.
