Exit kiosk mode

If you don't see this

• It needs the Timeclock permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The kiosk ignores the back button. Only the exit PIN closes it.

Before you start

• Finish Open the sign-in kiosk first.

Steps

1. Tap the X in the top right corner of the kiosk.
2. In Enter PIN to Exit, enter the timeclock PIN of the person who opened the kiosk.

3. The app returns to where you opened the kiosk.

Troubleshooting

• "Incorrect PIN. Please try again." Use the PIN of the staff member who launched the kiosk, not your own.
• Nobody knows the exit PIN. Contact Asilo support at support@helloasilo.com. Support can give you a one-time override code for this device.
• The app reopened in kiosk mode. That is expected: an open kiosk resumes after a restart until someone exits it.
