Use the Fire List during a drill or emergency

If you don't see this

• It needs the Attendance permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

During a drill or an evacuation, the Fire List is your headcount of every child on campus.

Before you start

• Finish Open Attendance and pick a classroom first.

Steps

1. Open My Day → Attendance. Stay on the classroom list (do not open a classroom).
2. Tap Fire List in the bar at the bottom. The number on the right is children signed in out of all children.

3. Children currently signed in are listed under On Campus. Everyone else is under Not Present.
4. Use Search Children to find a specific child quickly.

Tips

• The Fire List is read-only. To sign a child out, open their classroom instead.
• Pair it with Emergency Contacts in the Toolkit if you need to reach families.
