See a child's attendance history

If you don't see this

• It needs the My School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Attendance history shows one child's record day by day.

Steps

1. Open the child's profile from My School.
2. Tap the Enrollment Records card, then Attendance. The row says Present Today or Absent Today.

3. The calendar marks days with attendance. Tap a day to see its Arrival and Dismissal times.

4. Scroll down and the calendar shrinks to a week view so you can step through days quickly.

Tips

• Tap a row to open that day's attendance sheet and correct a time. See Change, confirm, or delete a sign-in or sign-out.
• On the web, Export Report downloads a month as a spreadsheet. See Export a monthly attendance report.
• The Command Center Attendance Alerts tile opens this same screen for flagged children.
