How parents sign children in at the kiosk

If you don't see this

• It needs the Timeclock permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Each parent has a 4-digit attendance PIN, found in their app under Account → View Attendance PIN. Walk new families through these steps at the kiosk.

Before you start

• Finish Open the sign-in kiosk first.

Steps

1. The parent enters their PIN on the kiosk.
2. The kiosk says "Welcome" with their name. With more than one child here, they tap the child. Each shows Checked In, Checked Out, or Not Present.

3. They sign in the box under "Please sign below to confirm". Clear starts over.
4. They tap Sign In (or Sign Out).

5. The kiosk shows Signed In with the time, then resets for the next family.

Tips

• With one child, the kiosk skips straight to the signature.
• Kiosk sign-ins always include a signature.

Troubleshooting

• "Phone Verification". Two accounts share the PIN. The parent types their 10-digit phone number to confirm who they are.
• "Please provide a fuller signature". The signature was too short.
• "Invalid PIN." The parent can check or change their PIN in Account.
