If you don't see this

• It needs the Attendance permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• It needs the My School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Each classroom decides whether drop-off and pickup need a signature on the screen.

Before you start

• Finish Open Attendance and pick a classroom first.

Steps

1. Open My Day → Attendance and tap the classroom.
2. Tap the settings icon at the top right.
3. Under Classroom Features, turn Attendance Signature Required on or off.

4. Tap Save.

Tips

• The kiosk always asks parents for a signature, whatever this setting is.

FAQ

• What happens when it is on? Each child is signed in and out one at a time, and the drop-off or pickup person signs on the screen.
• What happens when it is off? You can select several children and tap Sign In once. Sign-outs still record who picked up, without a signature.
