If you don't see this

• It needs the Teacher Toolkit permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• It needs the Timeclock permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Staff Timeclock is the director's view of staff time.

Steps

1. Open Toolkit and tap Staff Timeclock.

2. Each person shows "Clocked in since" a time, or "Currently clocked out", plus hours today and this week.

3. Pick a day on the calendar to see that day. Scroll and it shrinks to a week view.
4. Tap a person to open their timesheet.

Tips

• The download icon at the top opens the payroll export.
• Open Kiosk is also here. See Open the sign-in kiosk.

Troubleshooting

• "No timeclock staff found." No one at this school has used the timeclock yet.
• No Staff Timeclock tile. It needs the Timeclock permission, which teachers cannot have.
