Choose which notices Autopay families receive

Families on Autopay can skip the "new invoice" and "updated invoice" emails, since the charge happens on its own. They still get a receipt after each payment.

Steps​

For the whole school (needs Manage School):

  1. Open Account → Manage School → School Features.
  2. Turn on Mute Autopay Invoice Notices and tap Save Changes.

For one Recurring Tuition schedule (needs Billing):

  1. Open My School, tap the child, tap Tuition, then tap the Recurring Tuition card.
  2. Tap the Options card.
  3. Turn Autopay reminders off. The card reads "Families on autopay only get a receipt after payment."

  4. Tap Save.

Tips​

  • New schedules set this on the Billing options page of the wizard.
  • Families not on Autopay always get invoice notices and unpaid reminders.
