Choose when the bills are due

If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

This page, "When are these bills due?", starts from your school's default rule. Its note reminds you that Autopay accounts are drafted on the due date.

Before you start

• Finish Choose the billing frequency first.

Steps

1. For Monthly, tap one:
   • 1st of the month: due on the first day of its service month.
   • Last Friday of the previous month: due before the service month begins.
   • Custom day of the month: pick a day in the grid. Use the arrows to switch between Previous month and Service period month.

2. For Twice a month, tap 1st and 15th of the month, Last Friday of previous month & 14 days after, or Custom due dates. For custom dates, pick the First due date, then the Second due date.
3. For Weekly, tap a weekday in the Previous week row or the Service period week row. Picking the first day of the service week shows "Due date will be on first day of service period".
4. Tap Next.

Tips

• The second twice-a-month date must come after the first.
