View a child's Credit Bank

If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The Credit Bank line on a child's Tuition card shows the total of all their credit. Open it to see each kind.

Steps

1. Open My School, tap the child, and tap Tuition.
2. Tap Credit Bank.

3. Read the lines:
   • Available Family Credit: can be applied to any invoice with Apply Credit.
   • Pending credits: credit requests waiting for approval, with who asked.
   • Scholarship Credit, Voucher Credit, Payroll Deduct Credit: money received from funders or payroll, used when you reconcile invoices.
4. To turn carried scholarship credit into family credit, tap the menu on Scholarship Credit, choose Convert to Family Credit, and tap Convert.

Tips

• Converting sets the carried scholarship credit to zero and creates a credit receipt.
• The same Pending credits list shows at the top of the child's Tuition Statements.
