Remove a credit you added

If you don't see this

• It needs the Billing permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Every credit you add is recorded as a paid credit invoice. Removing that invoice's credit takes the money back out of the Credit Bank.

Before you start

• Finish Add a credit to a family's account first.

Steps

1. Open My School, tap the child, tap Tuition, then Tuition Statements.
2. Tap Receipts, open the year, and tap the credit invoice.
3. Tap ... (top right) and choose Remove Credit.

4. Confirm Remove Credit.

Tips

• Credits can't be marked unpaid; Remove Credit is the way to undo one.
• If part of the credit was already applied to an invoice, return that part to the bank first. See Return applied credit to the Credit Bank.
