View a school's revenue forecast and download projections

If you don't see this

• It needs the Network Dashboard permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• It needs the Tuition Revenue permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The forecast shows expected revenue from each child's rates. It is part of Legacy Network, so it needs Network Dashboard and Tuition Revenue access.

Steps

1. On the sidebar, open Dashboards → Legacy Network and click Revenue.

2. Click a school in the list to open its forecast.
3. Read Forecast, Target Progress, Revenue Streams and Rate Breakdown. Use the month range buttons to narrow a chart.
4. Click Download and choose:
   • Revenue Forecast: pick a date range and click Generate.
   • Projected Enrollment or Projected Revenue.

5. Wait for the Excel file; it can take up to 30 seconds.

Tips

• Add-ons, extras and late fees are grouped together in Revenue Streams.
• How a rate is billed (School Year or Calendar Year) changes how far it projects.
