Link an unmatched text to a lead

• School setting: Texting

If you don't see this

• It needs the CRM permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• Your school must have Texting turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

When someone texts your number and Asilo can't match them to a lead, the conversation is Unmatched.

Before you start

• Finish Open CRM Chat texting first.

Steps

1. Open the conversation. It shows Unmatched with "This conversation is not linked to a lead. Tap to link."

2. Tap the banner.
3. Fill in the new child as a lead. The phone number is already filled in.
4. Save the lead. The conversation is linked to it.

Tips

• On the web Texting inbox, the Unmatched tab lists every unmatched conversation.
