Find the community feed

The community feed is where staff share photos, videos and announcements with families. In the app it is called Posts.

Steps​

  1. Open the feed:
    • On a phone, tap the Posts tab.
    • On the web, tap Posts on the sidebar. If you have Toolkit, Posts is inside it: open Toolkit and tap Posts.

  2. Use the chips at the top:
    • Posts: everything published to families.
    • Saved: posts you bookmarked.
    • Approve: posts waiting for approval (shown if you can create or approve posts).

  3. Pull down to refresh.

Tips​

  • The Community Feed card on My Day shows recent posts. Tap one, then View More Posts to open the full feed.
  • Tap a lesson tile on a post to open the lesson.
  • Double-tap or press and hold a caption to copy it. See Translation appears when a post was written in another language.

Troubleshooting​

  • There is no Posts tab. Your account does not have the Community Feed permission. Ask your director.
  • I can't find Posts on the web as a teacher. Use the Posts tab in the phone app.
