Like, comment on and save posts

If you don't see this

• It needs the Community Feed permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Families and staff can react to photo and video posts. The buttons sit under the photos.

Before you start

• Finish Find the community feed first.

Steps

1. On Posts, find the post.
2. Tap the heart to like it. Tap again to unlike.
3. Tap the bookmark to save it. Saved posts appear on the Saved chip.

4. Tap the comment bubble (or View all {n} comments) to open comments.
5. Type in Add comment and tap send.

Edit or delete a comment

1. Open the comments and tap the more button on the comment.
2. Tap Edit, change the text and tap Save, or tap Delete. Deleting happens right away, with no confirmation.

Tips

• The more button only appears on comments you are allowed to change.

Troubleshooting

• No heart, comment or bookmark buttons. Text announcements and posts without photos or videos have no reactions.
• The buttons are grey. The post is waiting for approval.
